RED Compact EVF Pack

The RED® Compact EVF Pack is compatible with KOMODO-X™ (Firmware support coming late February 2024), V-RAPTOR®, and V-RAPTOR® XL cameras. The pack includes the RED Compact EVF, a DSMC3™ Adapter A, a RED® EVF Mount, and an 18" Right-to-Straight EVF cable.

This pack is ideal for users looking for a highly flexible EVF monitoring solution for their DSMC3™ camera system. The EVF Mount allows you to easily position the RED Compact EVF to find your optimal operating configuration. The DSMC3 Adapter A provides a single 16-pin output to supply power, video, and data to the EVF. The RED Compact EVF gives a clear, sharp viewing experience, and allows the operator to control and adjust key camera parameters such as FPS, ISO, and White Balance, or to quickly toggle user-assignable camera features with the integrated rear buttons.

The RED Compact EVF is a single cable monitering solution for DSMC3 camera systems. It features a 1080p micro-OLED display and user-assignable buttons to quickly access tools such as peaking and magnify, or to control the camera's settings such as ISO, FPS, and White Balance.
The RED Compact EVF includes an adjustable diopter, a quick-connect mount for use with the RED EVF Mount or a 1/4-20 mount plate for use with third-party options, and an updated secure eyecup mounting system that also allows the operator to easily replace the eyecup.

Notes:

Camera settings control is only supported on DSMC3 systems.

WARNING:

DO NOT point the RED Compact EVF eyepiece at direct sunlight. Continued exposure to direct sunlight can damage the EVF. When the operator is not using the EVF, they must keep the eyepiece pointed away from sunlight. Damage to the RED Compact EVF caused by continued exposure to direct sunlight is not covered under the warranty.
