The Canon C400 Top Plate is a modular unit that makes it easier to rig the camera with a range of accessories. The top plate is made from three standalone parts – which fits around the stock top handle and the multifunction shoe mount.
Featuring flexible accessory mounting with 1/4” and 3/8” threads, QD sockets and 15mm rod support, the plate is a discreet but essential tool for your C400.

Bright Tangerine’s C400 top plate provides extensive connectivity options with mounting points on the side, top, and rear, allowing full customization. The 15mm rod console can be inverted for larger lenses or other front attachments, enhancing versatility.

Maximum Modification

The top plate comes in three core components, including the two side pieces which can be used independently. It has ample room for first-party Canon components such as the microphone mount and top handle with multifunction shoe, meaning you don’t have to compromise on any aspect of your rig. The 15mm rod console requires both sides to be installed.

Shockingly Simple

Speaking of access to accessories, the top plate also comes with a relocation point for Canon’s proprietary microphone shockmount, with an indented groove to eliminate vibrations, prevent wiggle, and keep it tight and secure.
